Zen chair yoga focuses on the basics of yoga for those who aren't able to do traditional "on the mat" classes. This class can be modified sitting in, or standing behind a chair for support.  Zen chair yoga will include breath-work, basic postures, stretching to improve flexibility, and gentle strengthening exercises.
